During 2007 STRATEGIQA has started HR Solutions and have been helping their existing clients in identifying professional resources, especially in the Middle and Senior Management levels. These HR Solutions include Recruitment, Outsourcing and Training.

We apply a unique methodology in identifying the resources and validating the CVs. Through this process we identify the right CVs matching all the specifications given by the clients. Once the CVs are short listed, we conduct at least two rounds of discussions with the candidates and then recommend them to the clients with a detailed recommendation report.

We also provide outsourcing services by deploying our own people for various functions at clients’ place. Through this service we help our clients to reduce their employee costs and at the same time get better service with highly skilled professionals for different functions.

Our Training services are well known across many IT & Non-IT organizations where we have provided wide range of services in the areas such as Sales & Marketing, HR, Process, Quality, Information Security, etc.
